2. MONEY:

Firstly this is the most important question asked by every beginner. Is Money plays a very big role to build a good physique??

Yass it is but not for that person who just started going to GYM.

Most of the Fitness trainers are saying that in fitness you have to spend a lot of money on protein powder, in vitamins but this is for intermediate or advanced level fitness trainers. If you are a beginner then you don’t have to spend a lot of money to build a good physique.

No need to buy any supplements but but but if you are financially stable or you can afford to buy supplements then go for it but if your budget is low, no need to worry. In the next points, I am putting a video where you will get a list of all the protein-rich items which you can add to your diet.

3. DIET:

When it comes to diet or taking good nutrients, it plays a very huge role to build a good physique. Doing an intense workout with full dedications and you are not focusing on your diet, eating junk foods that definitely not help you in the progress. Taking a proper diet is the biggest challenge for every gym person.

4. Calories:

Most of the gym lovers don’t know how much calories I have to intake for losing weight or for maintaining.

I am adding a Calorie Calculator which calculates your calories and helps you in losing weight. If you are losing weight then you have to decrease your calories by 200-300 calories

https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html

For eg., if your maintenance calories come 2500kcal then this is your calorie limit.

Now you have to calculate daily PROTEIN-CARBS-FATS

For MALES:-

PROTEIN= 1.2grams * (per pound bodyweight) CARBOHYDRATES= 1.9grams * (per pound bodyweight).
FOR EXAMPLE, A MALE with A CALORIE limit = 2500kcal and BODY WEIGHT: 73kg (160 lbs).
So, PROTEIN= 1.2* 160 (per pound body weight) = 192grams = 786kcal
CARBOHYDRATES= 1.9 * 160 (per pound body weight) = 304 grams = 1216kcal
FATS = 2500- (786+1216) = 516kcal = 57grams {Since, 1gm fat= 9kcal}
Macro Split according to 2500kcal [192Protein/304Carbs/57Fats].

For Females:-

PROTEIN= 0.9 gm* (per weight body weight) CARBOHYDRATES= 1.8grams * (per pound
body weight)
FOR EXAMPLE, A FEMALE with A CALORIE limit = 2000kcal and BODY WEIGHT: 50kg (110 lbs).
So, PROTEIN= 0.9 * 110 (per pound body weight) = 99grams = 396kcal {Since, 1gm
protein= 4kcal}
CARBOHYDRATES= 1.8 * 110 (per pound body weight) = 198 grams = 792kcal {Since, 1gm
carb= 4kcal}
FATS = 2500- (396+792) = 812kcal = 90grams {Since, 1gm fat= 9kcal}
Macro Split according to 2000kcal [99Protein/198Carbs/90Fats]. source(https://www.himalayanstallion.in/file/1570171609.pdf)

In order to make sure of all the gym lovers who have a very low budget and can’t afford supplements. Jeet Selal made a full diet plan for you.

5. Avoid Taking Steroids:

Mostly, bad gym trainers told to every newbie that if you have to build a body then you have to take steroids. This is the worst thing you are taking in your body. It genuinely destroys your body. If you are going to the gym then you have enough knowledge to train yourself of all the things related to exercise, diet, and steroids.

Following are the drugs name which is very dangerous and banned in most of the countries:

Adopt some good habits. Do meditation or yoga for at least 20 minutes which definitely helps you to stay consistent, keeps you away from bad things, increases your thinking skills, helps you in studies, etc..
